Professional Morning Class

Come join me for professional morning class at Dance Ireland starting on the 11th of April and running until the 14th. I will be teaching a contemporary floorwork based class that will consist of a guided warmup, floorwork crossings that grow in complexity, and ending with traveling phrases that will leave us feeling full of energy and ready for the day ahead.
